ORAL PRESENTATIONS
All oral sessions take place in the Main hall of the Guildhall York.

Audio-Visual Equipments
The following audio-visual equipment is provided in the presentation room:

Speakers for oral sessions are expected to bring their presentations on their own laptops.
No other presentation facilities will be provided in the presentation room. Authors are advised to bring a USB memory containing a backup of the presentation file.
HDMI connections to the LCD projector will be provided. Presenting authors are required to bring suitable adaptors for their computers.
Presenting authors should check in with the session chairman at least five minutes before the session starts. Session staff will be available to assist you. Please be aware that the time required for setup will be deducted from the allocated presentation time.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Poster sessions are scheduled for the afternoons of 29 and 30 May at the Main hall of the Guildhall York. Please prepare your poster independently.
The usable surface of the poster board is 1220 mm width and 2130 mm high. The recommended poster size is A0 (841 mm width and 1189 mm high). Stationary items to display the posters will be provided by MORIS. The program ID number will be posted on each poster board for easy identification. Ensure your poster includes the title, authors, affiliations, and well-prepared visual materials about the work.
All posters for sessions We-P and Th-P should be displayed on the designated poster boards by the end of the lunch break on 29 and 30 May, respectively. All posters are encouraged to remain on the designated poster board from the start of Session We-P on 29 May until the end of Session Th-P on 30 May. Posters remaining after 12:00 pm on 31 May will be disposed of by the Secretariat.
